APPLICATION

Universal hygienic hose specifically designed to convey pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical and food products within the pharma-cosmetic, biotech and food industries.

Ideal solution to withstand dynamic stress during the transfer of high purity fluids. For suction and delivery purposes.

Particularly suitable for use on filling machines.

MAIN BENEFITS

Its inner tube is made of fully perfluorinated material, totally inert, which ensures utmost impermeability and absolutely hygienic and contamination-free delivery of the medium.

It provides good resistance to extreme temperatures and good resistance to mechanical stress.

Hoses manufactured in accordance with EC 1935/2004 and 2023/2006/EC and following amendments. Our production cycle does not contain animal derivatives, phthalates, adipates and materials subject to restrictions according to the current European regulations (REACH).

STRUCTURE

TUBE

PFA (Perfluoralkoxy Polymer, PFA), light colour, fully fluorinated, smooth, mirror-like.

Food compliance acc. to: USP Class VI, UNI EN ISO 10993, FDA Standards, Italian D.M. 21/03/73 and following amendments.

Good absolute and long-term thermal endurance, resistance to cracking under stress and resistance to bending.

REINFORCEMENTS

High strength plies of synthetic cord and embedded steel wire helix.

Two copper wires to ensure dissipation of static electricity.

COVER

EPDM rubber, blue colour, smooth, abrasion, ozone and weather resistant,

cloth finish.

TEMPERATURE RANGE

From -40°C to +150°C depending on the media conveyed.

The a.m. range of temperatures has to be considered as a general indication referring to most chemicals; however it does not include the most aggressive combinations or conditions of use. For specific applications you are recommended to contact our Technical Dep.t
